Sorrow in her eyes
I didn’t believe the first time I saw her
I could see it in her eyes that she was not sober
When I touched her hand she was all numb
I just couldn’t see all this come.
I just couldn’t feel her pain
Her life she said was game which she gambled away with no pain.
I had nothing to say.
She saw him die and just could not save his life
She felt the pain every minute of her life.
She held my hand and asked for a favour
If I could take her life and free her.
She begged me with her eyes to kill her
I was numb but had to free her.
I pulled the trigger and pierced her through her heart
She fell on the ground and her death ripped me apart.
If only I could tell her how much I loved her she would have been alive
With no sorrow in her eyes.

Something i wrote for some one who loved life after she died !!!
